*Job Description* Griffin Jewellery Designs is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in St. Laurent Shopping Center. You will be responsible for the overall store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and more. You will work with a team of professionals to provide the highest level of customer service and ensure the store runs smoothly at all times. Griffin Jewellery Designs offers competitive salaries, benefits, and an environment that promotes employee growth. *Essential Duties* * Assist customers in selecting merchandise from display * Ensure a positive and productive working environment * Maintain store in cleanest possible condition. * Complete required training. * Complete other duties as assigned. * Other duties as assigned. *Experience* * 3 years of retail experience in a management role. * Strong organizational skills required. * High school diploma or equivalent required. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $57,000.00-$62,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Every Weekend * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Weekends as needed Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Retail management: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person- LocationOttawa, ON
