We're looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team and help us elevate our brand presence. If you have a creative mindset, a passion for marketing, and are eager to grow within a dynamic team, this is the perfect opportunity for you! *Key Responsibilities:* * Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, digital, etc.). * Support content creation, including writing blog posts, creating social media posts, and updating website content. * Manage and monitor social media accounts and engage with our community. * Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts and prepare reports. * Coordinate marketing events, promotions, and product launches. * Assist in maintaining and organizing marketing materials and assets. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. *Requirements:* * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Proven experience or internships in marketing, communications, or social media management. * Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. * Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. * Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationToronto, ON
