*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and creating treatment plans patients with physical impairments or disabilities. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care, with a focus on enhancing mobility and improving overall quality of life. The Physiotherapist will work remotely from a laptop and provide initial and reassessments to clients who will then be serviced by PTAs hired by the clinic. *Duties* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities. * Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals. * Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function. * Must be able t work one day per week. Remotely mainly. * Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and self-care strategies. * Collaborate with PTAs to ensure comprehensive patient care. Approve SOAP notes. * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with medical standards. * Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices and medical terminology. *Requirements* * Valid state licensure or certification to practice as a Physiotherapist. * Strong knowledge of acute care practices and medical terminology. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. * Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and ongoing professional development.
