Job details
Responsibilities: - Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks on a variety of vehicles - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment - Weld and fabricate metal components as needed - Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle parts - Assemble and install new parts and accessories onto vehicles - Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems - Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals - Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment - Experience with welding and fabrication techniques - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and customers Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
