This entails aligning with other Product Owners and senior management to follow a product vision, creating and maintaining a prioritized product backlog, managing delivery blockers, continuously assessing customer feedback. The Product Owner I should always be considering how to maximize value, assessing how the product or the delivery process can be continuously improved, contributes to a positive work environment and ensures that work embodies the Agile principles of transparency, collaboration and engagement.Develop and implement an API security strategy: Align to organizational goals, by creating a strategy that encompasses all aspects of API security lifecycle from design, development to deployment.Support the implementation of the API Security strategy by developing and owning product roadmap.Drive API security processes and tooling enhancements to support API Security alerting, vulnerability, and API risk management.Champion DevSecOps principles and practice: Drive adoption of DevSecOps practices within the API security domain. This includes automation, shifting security left and right, and integrating security into the CI/CD pipeline.Manage evolution of API Security Maturity Model, Standards and related ProceduresImprove API Delivery and Lifecycle for API Security (Including shifting API Security left)Bring in necessary skills and experience related to API Security, API Design, API Implementation, API OWASP TOP 10, Encryption, API Gateways, Authentication, Vulnerabilities Management, Business and technology Process design and implementation.Strong Delivery Experience in implementing new tools in the bank.Strong Technology and Delivery ExperienceAbility to build Product Road Map & Business AnalysisCUSTOMERPartner with management to support the delivery of a product visionIn alignment with the product vision, create and maintain a product backlog and continuously re-prioritize user stories that will provide the most customer or end user valueContinuously align with senior management on the product delivery roadmap, defined Minimum Marketable Features or Minimum Viable Products and release cadenceReview performance analytics; recommend and champion strategies to enhance the customer or end user product experienceParticipate in scrum or Kanban events (e.g. stand-ups, retrospectives), express new ideas for improving product value or delivery efficiency, sharing with leadership as appropriateProactively engage established business process partners to ensure customers or end users are prepared for application changes and establish Day 2 processesCreate a value-focused product backlog and continuously iterate, ensuring there are user stories scoped and prioritizedProvide user story design, development and completion oversight; accepting / rejecting user stories based on the agree
