*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be inspiring potential donors to take action with you in-person, providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with donors face-to-face, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, an undying positive attitude, and the ability to analyze customer concerns to enhance their experience. *Responsibilities* * Deal with customer concerns while inspiring them to take action with you. * Provide accurate information about charities assist customers in making informed decisions. * Utilize upselling techniques to inspire customers to donate longer. * Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify trends and recommend solutions for improvement. * Maintain a high level of motivation while ensuring a positive customer experience. * Collaborate with team members to stay inspired to save even more lives. * Stay informed about clients and company policies to provide accurate information. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required. * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. * Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. * Demonstrated ability in upselling products or services is advantageous. * Excellent verbal etiquette with a friendly demeanour when interacting with customers. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
