Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Consult with other health care professionals to evaluate treatment plans . Prepare a treatment plan for each patient. Implement treatment plans. Initiate, design and implement specialized therapy programs. Leading/instructing groups. Develop risk management plans. Coordinate the delivery of health care services within the department. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Certified therapeutic recreation specialist (CTRS). CPR Certificate. First Aid Certificate. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
