Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Noisy. Heavy equipment. Work setting: Various locations. Construction site. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Perform routine maintenance work. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Set up and operate radiographic equipment. Assemble and disassemble hydraulic and lattice boom cranes. Equipment and machinery experience: Air guns. Augers. Hand tools. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Manual dexterity. Handling heavy loads. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Dependability. Team player. Hardworking. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Support for newcomers and refugees: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.). Support for Veterans: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Veterans. Support for mature workers: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for mature workers . Offers phased retirement options that allow mature workers to gradually reduce their workload (for example: flexible or reduced work hours, part time employment, project-based or seasonal work, etc.) .
