*Job Summary* We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients. *Responsibilities* - Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, tailored to meet individual client needs. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation standards and protocols. - Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations. - Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. - Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and outstanding customer service. - Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with the best options available. *Experience* - Proven experience as a Hair Stylist is preferred. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with clients. - Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is a bonus. - Excellent communication skills. - Knowledge of hair care products and the ability to recommend suitable options for clients. - Hairstylist License is required. *Why work with us?* - Family oriented environment. - Home away from home. - Team of passionate individuals. - Dress to your own unique style. - Competitive pay, hourly or commission. - Hours of operation are from Tuesday to Saturday.
