Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform minor repairs on appliances. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Work with minimal supervision. Maintain inventory of supplies. Ensure that systems and equipment are operating efficiently and that proper maintenance and repairs are performed. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability: Dependability. Reliability. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
