We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various office software.
*Responsibilities*
* Assist clients in filling out immigration forms and document preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
* Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from clients regarding their visa applications.
* Perform general clerical tasks such as scanning, mailing documents etc.
* Handle sensitive information confidentially.
* Process payments and issue receipts.
*Qualifications*
* Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
* Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets) is highly desirable.
* Excellent proofreading skills to ensure quality documentation.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to file documents systematically and efficiently.
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and client interaction.
