The retirement home in the Havre-Saint-Pierre municipality will be completed in the fall of 2025. LFG Construction, a company based in Sept-Îles, among other areas, took over the project. It is now valued at $56M.

The Domaine des Trois-Pistoles, a retirement home, began construction on 17 social housing units in the city of the same name. The $10.3M project, which should be finished in January 2026, is supported by the three levels of government.
The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux du Bas-Saint-Laurent announced that its psychiatric unit at the Hôpital régional de Rimouski will open following a $4.1M investment. The Fondation Santé Rimouski contributed $572,000.
