Below are additional details about what is offered at the Peterborough location:</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">40 multi-slide proprietary zinc die casting machines ranging from 12 to 21 tons</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Five multi-slide proprietary zinc die casting machines ranging from 70 to 200 tons</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Injected Metal Assembly (IMA) up to one ton</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Precision tool building with in-house capabilities</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Design, prototyping, and modeling services</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Wide range of finishing surfaces available including tumbling, polishing, shot blasting and thermal de-burring</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Cosmetic or protective coating equipment either through certified suppliers or in-house</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Wide range of secondary operations including CNC machining, tapping, reaming, and drilling</span></li></ul><br /><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><em><strong>About the Role:</strong></em></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The purpose of this role is to<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"> <span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">serve as our customer's designated "Go To Person", to enter and monitor production of customer orders and escalate the resolution of plant issues regarding quality and delivery problems to maintain Dynacast's reputation in the marketplace.</span></span></span></p><br /><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><em><strong>Key Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></em></span></p><table style="border-collapse: collapse;"><tbody><tr><td style="width: 437.4pt; padding: 0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt;"><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">· </span>To serve as our customer's single point contact in the event of a problem that is not resolved to their satisfaction;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">· </span>To ensure customer orders meet minimum order quantity, minimum order value, pricing and current revision level;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">· </span>To pro-actively escalate all serious or potentially serious issues related problems in an expeditious manner;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">· </span>To liaise, coordinate, communicate and facilitate problem resolution with the necessary functions, to resolve customer issues and communicate production/shipment delays etc.;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">· </span>To communicate production/shipment delays, tooling issues etc. to customers;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">· </span>To adjust CUM's & schedules per customer demands;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">· </span>Follow the Dynacast Quality Policy & Procedures manuals in compliance with IATF requirements;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">· </span>Develop meaningful relations with "key" customers, manufacturer representatives, and subcontractors;</span></- Location Peterborough, ON
