This hands-on role involves safely operating company trucks for tire pickup and supporting yard operations, including sorting, inspecting, and preparing tires for recycling or resale. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, takes pride in safe driving, and is looking for steady employment with a consistent schedule and long weekends included.</span></span></span><span ><span ><br/></span></span></p><p ><b><span ><span ><span >Key Responsibilities:</span></span></span></b><span ><span ><br/></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span ><span ><span >Safely operate company trucks to complete scheduled tire pickups and returns to the yard.</span></span></span><span ><span ><br/></span></span></span></li><li><span><span ><span ><span >Load, unload, and sort tires into reusable and waste categories.</span></span></span><span ><span ><br/></span></span></span></li><li><span><span ><span ><span >Efficiently stack tires in trailers and trucks to maximize space and transport capacity.</span></span></span><span ><span ><br/></span></span></span></li><li><span><span ><span ><span >Inspect used tires to ensure quality standards are met for resale.</span></span></span><span ><span ><br/></span></span></span></li><li><span><span ><span ><span >Load waste tires for shipment to recycling facilities.</span></span></span><span ><span ><br/></span></span></span></li><li><span><span ><span ><span >Return reusable tires to the marshaling yard and assist with yard organization.</span></span></span><span ><span ><br/></span></span></span></li><li><span><span ><span ><span >Follow assigned routes and support efficient scheduling.</span></span></span><span ><span ><br/></span></span></span></li><li><span><span ><span ><span >Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and work environment.</span></span></span><span ><span ><br/></span></span></span></li><li><span><span ><span ><span >Represent Top Grade Tire Recycling professionally in all interactions with customers and partners.</span></span></span></span><br/></li></ul></div></span><br/><span id="spanreq"><h3>Requirements</h3><div><ul><li><span><span ><span >Valid Class 5 driver?s license (required).<br/></span></span></span></li><li><span><span ><span >Safe operation and basic maintenance of company vehicles, including 3-ton and 5-ton trucks.<br/></span></span></span></li><li><span><span ><span >Previous driving experience and/or tire industry experience preferred; candidates with both are strongly encouraged to apply.<br/></span></span></span></li><li><span><span ><span >Reliable, punctual, and flexible, with willingness to work overtime as operational needs require.<br/></span></span></span></li><li><span><span ><span >Physically capable of performing manual labour in an outdoor yard environment.<br/></span></span></span></li><li><span><span ><span >Ability to follow direction, manage time effectively, and support daily priorities.<br/></span></span></span></li><li><span><span ><span >Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and maintain a positive attitude.<br/></span></span></span></li><li><span><span ><span >Willingness to assist with yard, office, or occasional sales tasks as needed.<br/></span></span></span></li><li><span><span ><- Location Kelowna, BC
