I handle both temporary and permanent recruitment in the Greater Montreal area.</p> <strong>Mission</strong> <p>Job Description <br> <br>In this role, you will be responsible for financial and management accounting, supporting decision-making within the organization. <br> <br>Your responsibilities: <br> <br>? Supervise and manage the accounting department team within a finance department of approximately 40 employees; <br>? Be responsible for financial management, including the budgeting process, financial planning, cash management, and the production and analysis of financial statements; <br>? Establish and maintain the necessary controls to ensure the completeness and reliability of the financial information produced; <br>? Actively participate in optimizing accounting processes and implementing new technological tools to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of financial information; <br>? Act as an advisor to other managers to support them in decision-making and operational processes.</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>Qualifications <br> <br>? Bachelor's degree in accounting combined with a recognized accounting designation (CPA); <br>? Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in a similar role; <br>? Experience in improving accounting and financial processes; <br>? Teamwork, leadership, organizational, attention to detail, and prioritization skills; <br>? Demonstrated results-oriented approach; <br>? Analytical skills and sound judgment for problem-solving; <br>?
