Our team of over 40 employees works every day to provide an exceptional experience for our guests through warm service and quality cuisine. What we?re looking for: *Chef ? Full-time* We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and inspiring executive chef to manage the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, supervise the team, and maintain the highest standards of quality. This ?fly-in/fly-out? opportunity is ideal for an independent, organized, and motivated individual looking to thrive in a unique environment. *How does it work?* * We fly you in from anywhere in Canada. * Fly-in/fly-out schedule: 3 weeks of work followed by 3 weeks off. * Shifts of 9 to 10 hours per day. * Transportation, accommodation, and meals are fully covered during your stay. *Your Role* * Culinary Operations Management * Plan, prepare, and supervise meal production. * Ensure consistent quality of the dishes served. * Participate in menu development and improvement. * Ensure effective inventory and order management. * Leadership and Team Management * Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff. * Ensure an efficient distribution of tasks. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. * Maintain performance and quality standards. * Quality Control and Food Safety * Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards. * Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that complies with current regulations. * Control production costs and minimize waste. *What We?re Looking For* * Significant experience as a head chef, sous chef, or in a kitchen management role. * Excellent organizational and leadership skills. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Sense of responsibility, independence, and team spirit. * Excellent knowledge of food safety standards. * Passion for cooking and quality service. *Key asset* * _*Specialization or significant experience in Chinese or Asian cuisine will be considered a major asset.*_ *What we offer* * Fly-in/fly-out model with flights, accommodation, and meals provided. * Very competitive salary based on experience. * A stimulating work environment and a close-knit team. * An opportunity to put your culinary creativity to good use. * A unique experience in an exceptional region of Canada. * Free on-site parking.
