<span>Controller ? Real Estate</span><p><span>We are seeking an experienced Controller to join a well-established, family-owned real estate organization. This is an opportunity to become a key member of a collaborative leadership team and contribute to the continued growth and success of a company built on integrity, trust, and long-term relationships.</span></p><span>Key Responsibilities</span><p><span>? Oversee the full accounting cycle and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.</span><br><span>? Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis.</span><br><span>? Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and management reporting.</span><br><span>? Manage treasury activities, banking relationships, and liquidity planning.</span><br><span>? Oversee internal controls, audit processes, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.</span><br><span>? Monitor portfolio and property-level financial performance.</span><br><span>? Support acquisitions, developments, refinancing activities, and investment analysis.</span><br><span>? Develop and improve financial policies, procedures, and reporting processes.</span><br><span>? Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team.</span></p><span>Qualifications</span><p><span>? CPA designation required.</span><br><span>? 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.</span><br><span>? Experience in real estate, property management, real estate development, construction, or investment properties.</span><br><span>? Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls.</span><br><span>? Experience managing audits and working with external advisors.</span><br><span>? Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency.</span><br><span>? Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</span></p><span>Preferred Experience</span><p><span>? Commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed-use real estate.</span><br><span>? Multi-entity and portfolio-based reporting.</span><br><span>?
