You are the connection between the Designer, Operations Team, Client, and Crew &mdash; ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, profitably, and to Salisbury&rsquo;s high standards.&nbsp;This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, communicates well with clients and crews, and takes pride in building premium residential landscapes.&nbsp;You will lead and mentor crew members while helping deliver exceptional customer experiences and award-winning projects throughout the Edmonton area.&nbsp;Key ResponsibilitiesReview projects with Designers, Operations, and Clients before and during constructionDevelop and execute installation plans for assigned projectsLead crews onsite and step into projects at any stage when requiredMaintain accountability for project profitability, timelines, and quality standardsTrack project materials, labour, and progress throughout installationTroubleshoot onsite issues and collaborate with Designers and Clients on solutionsComplete crew timesheets, paperwork, and purchase orders accurately and on timeMentor, train, and coach crew members on installation techniques and best practicesRead and understand elevations, grading, drainage, and construction detailsPromote a positive, productive, and professional work environmentMaintain clean, organized jobsites, vehicles, and equipmentEnsure all safety requirements and COR standards are followed on-siteComplete required safety documentation, including:Toolbox MeetingsHazard AssessmentsInspectionsIncident ReportsOperate equipment and tools required to complete projects safely and efficiently&nbsp;Skills &amp; QualificationsMinimum 5 years&rsquo; experience building custom residential landscapesMinimum 3 years&rsquo; experience supervising and leading crewsStrong leadership, organization, and communication skillsAbility to mentor and develop team membersStrong problem-solving ability and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to read plans, elevations, and drainage layoutsValid Class 5 Driver&rsquo;s LicenceMinimum 3 years of personal auto insurance historyPhysically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing demanding outdoor workAbility to push and pull 60&ndash;100 lbs as requiredWhat Success Looks Like in This RoleProjects completed safely, efficiently, and to Salisbury standardsStrong communication with clients, designers, and operati
