*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring high-quality food service and excellent customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to a welcoming dining experience for our guests. *Duties* * Open the restaurant in the morning at 5:00 am and prepare for opening at 6:00 am * Prepare and cook breakfast items according to recipes and quality standards * Assist in food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients * Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are strictly followed to maintain hygiene standards * Serve food promptly and courteously to guests or servers * Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and workstations * Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages or needs * Follow food safety protocols at all times to prevent contamination or spoilage * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours *Skills* * Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting * Strong knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation standards * Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Familiarity with meal preparation techniques specific to breakfast dishes * Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team * Kitchen experience that demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism Join our team as a Breakfast Cook if you are passionate about food preparation, have a strong background in the food industry, and enjoy creating delicious breakfast dishes that delight our guests.
