The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pub style cooking in all stations, food handling, creativity, communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities - Cook, prepare and plate dishes - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Ensure cleanliness and organization of your station - Communicate with your team for proper timing - Train new kitchen employees on proper cooking techniques, learning the menu and safety procedures - Maintain standards for food preparation and presentation - Keep a positive attitude in our bustling and busy kitchen enviroment Experience - Proficiency in a fast-paced restaurant working the line and cold station is a must - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, open commucation is a must - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Food safety training must be up to date - Ability to multitask and focus in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen environment is an asset - Open flexibility If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for the culinary world, we would love to chat with you.
