*THE ROLE:*
The role of the *Executive Assistant *is to provide comprehensive administrative assistance and support to the _*Saskatoon*_ based executive team by efficiently managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring effective and timely communication within the organization. Being solutions and service-oriented, the *Executive Assistant* manages the office and its associated duties with pride and professionalism while creating a collaborative and welcoming workplace. This role reports directly to the VP, Human Resources and Administration.
This *fulltime opportunity* will perform work activities out of Denison?s regional office in Saskatoon on a _Monday to Friday_ schedule. To be considered for this role, applicants must be eligible to work in Canada.

*OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:*
You are an experienced and highly skilled *Executive Assista*nt able to provide comprehensive support to the members of the executive team (four Vice-Presidents). You are a consummate professional with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of providing timely executive-level support independently and with a high level of discretion. Additional qualifications and attributes include:
* A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
* Post secondary education in a related field is preferred.
* High level of proficiency in office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite, calendaring applications and SAP, and a willingness to learn and use other technologies and software as required.
* Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
* Demonstrated proficiency in calendar management, travel coordination and detailed itinerary development, and meeting logistics.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate, compose and prepare professional correspondence suitable to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated proactive attitude and ability to anticipate needs before they are articulated.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Strong problem-solving skills combined with a continuous improvement mindset to adapt in a dynamic and changing environment.
* A valid driver's license in good standing is an asset.
*The successful candidate shall: *
* Carry out the responsibilities of this in-office position on a Monday to Friday schedule.
