Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Research and development institution. Consulting firm. Private company, corporation or industry. Information technology (IT) infrastructure. University or college. Tasks: Confer with clients to identify requirements. Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements. Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery. Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems. Resolve conflict situations. Act as liaison within organization between staff and management around wellness issues. Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Communicate technical problems, processes and solutions. Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties. Troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade web server hardware and software. Provide detailed information and guidance to clients on project analysis and design. Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks. Computer and technology knowledge: iOS. Internet.
