Responsibilities
Tasks

Direct and advise professional and non-professional staff

Direct committees and working groups working on projects and programs

Interview, hire and provide training for staff

Organize government unit or agency and establish procedures

Participate in the development of policies and programs unique to government

Plan and manage budgets

Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings

Prepare reports and others documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors
