We?re looking for someone who will coach & mentor our existing team to assist them with delivering a customer focused service experience. Last year we were recognized at the 2nd best performing after sales dealership in the Volkswagen Network, this year we are aiming for #1. We are offering an excellent opportunity with a competitive salary and monthly bonus plan (compensation depending on performance ranges from $90,000 - $120,000/year). We have an established foundation to build upon: a solid portfolio of existing loyal clients, strong processes, wonderful and experience service technician team, and supportive management team. A successful candidate will already have been an established Automotive Service Manager with a of minimum 3-5 years of experience.. They will have a coaching and team building mindset, excellent communication skills, strong organizational aptitude and a superior work ethic.
