*Job Overview * We are seeking a professional, registered Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients with physical impairments or disabilities (eg MVA patients). This role involves working closely with patients to enhance their mobility and overall quality of life, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care in a supportive environment. *Responsibilities * * Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. * Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery and rehabilitation. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. * Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. * MUST be able to maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes. * Stay updated on the latest developments in physiotherapy practices and medical terminology. *Requirements * * Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. * Valid physiotherapy license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. * Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to patient care. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. * Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in physiotherapy practices. * Must have an excellent command of the English language, the ability to communicate with teammates and for all written reports.
