If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about marine engines, and take pride in delivering top-tier workmanship, we want to hear from you! *Job Responsibilities:* * Perform maintenance, repairs, and complete overhauls on inboard and outboard engines. * Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, fuel, and mechanical systems with accuracy. * Methodically install all components related to boats, including engines, controls, hydraulic steering, and gauges. * Wire marine AC/DC electrical systems, electronics, navigation, sonar, and communication equipment. * Conduct high-quality service, repair, and rigging work with meticulous attention to detail. * Perform thorough inspections and water tests to ensure proper function before delivery. * Utilize diagnostic programs to identify and resolve root causes of equipment issues. * Follow repair orders precisely and communicate additional repair needs to the Service Manager. *What You Need to Succeed:* * Extensive experience in the marine industry, specifically with inboard and outboard engines. * Ability to problem-solve and think critically to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues. * Task-oriented with strong time management skills. * Team player who works well with others in a fast-paced environment. * Patient and reliable with a strong work ethic. * Class 5 driver?s license. * Ability to lift 50 lbs independently. * Own set of tools. * Journeyman or Apprentice qualifications in marine, motorcycle, or automotive fields. * Understanding of: * Engine operation * 12-volt electrical theory * Fuel systems * Drive and gearing systems * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized workspace. *Why Join Us?* * *Full-time, Monday to Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)* with optional weekends during the busy season. * *Competitive salary:* $52,000 - $95,000 per year (negotiable based on experience). * *Additional Pay:* Bonus and overtime pay. * *Full benefits package* (dental, extended health care, life insurance). * *Hands-on training* from experienced technicians. * *Employee discounts* on products and services. * *Education-focused environment* ? we invest in our employees! * *We are closed on all long weekends* to ensure work-life balance. * *Year-round full-time hours.* *Application Requirements:* * Ability to lift 50 lbs independently. * Criminal record check required. * ATV/Marine repair experience: 5 years (preferred). *How to Apply:* Though all resumes are welcome, only qualified candidates will be contacted at this time.
