*Job Overview* We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for providing exceptional service while accurately processing transactions. Your role will involve handling cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for our customers. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed. * Accurately process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system. * Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and attention to detail. * Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance customer experience. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. * Assist in product demonstrations and provide information about promotions or new products. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations. *Skills* * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus. * Experience in retail sales or technical sales is highly desirable. * Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. * Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. * Ability to perform product demos and engage customers effectively.
