Role: Executive AssistantLocation: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan As the Executive Assistant, you are serving as a critical support resource to two senior benefit consultants. You need to be hardworking, flexible, and agile in maneuvering through the daily challenges faced in this fast-growing business. You will be mindful that your role will support and enhance the success of your leaders and the company. In achieving this, you will be a self-directed problem-solver who always aims for excellence. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, will be second to none. You will be comfortable communicating on your leaders behalf with professionalism and accuracy at the executive and client-facing level. As the Executive Assistant, you will have a good understanding of business functions and be an expert at planning schedules, flagging priorities, and using solid judgment where needed. As an Executive Assistant you will bring: - 5-10 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, supporting senior leaders or executives.- Post-secondary education in business administration, office administration or a related field.- Experience in the benefits industry is considered an asset.
