*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and installation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the capability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations that meet our company standards and customer expectations. *Duties* * Perform installation tasks for various products, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards. * Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project requirements. * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks. * Conduct heavy lifting as necessary to transport materials and equipment to job sites. * Apply caulking and other finishing materials to ensure a professional appearance. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. *Qualifications* * Proven commercial experience in siding installation. * Strong skills in heavy lifting, with the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. * Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately. * Experience with caulking and finishing techniques is preferred. * Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. * A valid driver's license may be required depending on job location. * All kind of commercial tickets such as boom lift ticket, harness certification, first aid certification are required.
