Overview: We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards - Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service - Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner without compromising quality - Assist with food inventory and ordering as needed - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures Skills: - Proficiency in cooking techniques and kitchen equipment operation - Knowledge of food safety regulations - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong teamwork, leadership, and supervisory skills - Experience in food handling, preparation, and presentation - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff effectively - Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for cooking and creating exceptional dishes, we invite you to apply for the Line Cook position at our establishment.
