*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a flair for crafting innovative cocktails and providing exceptional customer service. As a Mixologist, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality drinks in a vibrant atmosphere. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working order. * Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. * Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently. * Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability. * Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. * Stay updated on industry trends and new drink recipes to enhance the menu offerings. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in bartending or mixology is preferred but not required; training will be provided. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. * Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. * Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the hospitality industry. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. * A passion for mixology, creativity in drink preparation, and willingness to learn new techniques.
