*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team, under New Management. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, preparing food items, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. * Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. * Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. * Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Maintain cleanliness of the counter area and dining space, adhering to health and safety regulations. * Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately. * Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including assembling orders and stocking supplies. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. *Requirements* * Positive attitude and willingness to learn is required * Excellent command over English language a must * Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred but not mandatory * Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor * Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus * Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed * A team player who is willing to help colleagues when necessary Join us in delivering outstanding service and delicious food to our valued customers!
