<p>Worker Type:</p>Permanent<p></p><p></p><p>Language(s) Required:</p>English<p></p><p></p><p>Term Duration (in months):</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :</p>$90,710 - $122,726<p></p><p></p>Agile experience preferred:<br>Lead in the execution and release of minimum viable products to help increase productivity and collaboration across FCC.<p></p><p></p><p><b>What you?ll do:</b></p><ul><li>Create and maintain a transparent backlog of stories</li><li>Prioritize the backlog for maximum value to FCC</li><li>Define strategic and maintenance work</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify priorities</li><li>Coach the team in improving Agile methodology</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we?re looking for:</b></p><ul><li>Organized multi-tasker who can easily shift focus in a fast-paced work environment</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and requests while staying organized and composed</li><li>Strong communicator able to effectively deliver priority messaging to staff</li><li>Proven relationship-builder comfortable interacting and negotiating at all levels</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you'll need:</b></p><ul><li>A degree in computer science or administration and at least eight years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience); Product Owner certification is an asset</li><li>Experience working in an Agile environment</li></ul>- LocationRegina, SK
