<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are seeking a Service Dispatcher and Warehouse Coordinator to join our team! You will schedule maintains and repair on specialty beverage equipment like espresso machines, coffee machines, blenders, grinders and more.</p><p>Since 2006, SBS has been selling and servicing Specialty Beverage Equipment across Canada. we have been experiencing significant growth and we are seeking fantastic candidates to join our team. We are obsessed with client satisfaction and ensuring they are happy with their purchase from SBS for years to come.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate repair, install, and calibrate commercial beverage equipment and work with clients offering advice and direction</li><li>Troubleshoot defective equipment over phone, email and apps</li><li>Schedule and equip Technicians to perform routine preventative maintenance</li><li>Adhere to all safety policies and procedures</li><li>Maintain and keep a clean working environment</li><li>Receive incoming service-related calls and address as needed</li><li>Keep shop and work area organized and clean</li><li>Assist other departments as needed and requested</li><li>Follow up on customer issues</li><li>Seek solutions for client equipment repair and recommendations</li><li>Proactively approach solutions for clients, PM's, service programs, pre booking</li><li>Proper use of Jobber for logging jobs, tracking jobs and forecasting PM's</li><li>Proper note taking when on client sites</li><li>Treat all customers with respect/empathy and in a manner to diffuse any potential conflict</li><li>Leave client locations cleaner than it was upon arrival</li><li>Drive vans within speed limits and in a curious manner</li><li>Uphold van parts stock procedure</li><li>Report any mishaps, accidents, personal injury, or sickness immediately</li><li>Alternate weekend and evening on call</li><li>Be willing to work overtime at times</li><li>Work with and assist technicians to be as effective and efficient as possible</li></ul><p> <strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in electrical and/or plumbing is an asset</li><li>Ability to work with computers, dispatch program/proper email etiquette</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment</li><li>Ability to handle physical workload</li><li>TEAM PLAYER</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>We are specialists in selling and servicing commercial coffee, beverage and food service equipment in Canada, nationwide.</div></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>We are specialists in selling and servicing commercial coffee, beverage and food service equipment in Canada, nationwide.</div>- LocationCalgary, AB
