If so, a career at TDS Data Services may be the right fit for you.In this role, you will:Responsible to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders across the bank and be available to service the deal flow with tight deadlines from global desks in order to be operationally readyProcess, manage and maintain client and credit limit data in various systems for new and existing clientsAnalyze and resolve exceptions from various reconciliation processProvide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, escalating when necessary.Ensure standard operating procedures are updated regularly as neededProvide training to team members on best practices and processes as well as guide junior staff for the completion of business as usual functionsUndertake project tasks as required, work with project or strategic resources to provide understanding of team functions and help with business requirementsCollaborate with key business and technology partners to ensure a clear end-to-end project understanding and viewValidate completeness of operational readiness activities and cutover planning for projects nearing go live and communicating status to Management team.Assist with gathering data for internal auditors and other control areas as requiredWork with manager to escalate known issues to the appropriate business partner and/technology partnerAssist manager to ensure distribution of work and management of team mailbox are efficiently handled and prioritized to ensure quality and efficiencyPut forward creative, innovative ideas to streamline processes and simplify the way we operateHelp build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness as well as keeping everyone up-to-date on the status of routine activitiesJob Requirements:University or college degree with relevant experienceSound knowledge and understanding of trading businesses and understanding of the operating environment, business processes and procedures, and the transaction lifecycle for Client Data Services as it relates to all businesses supported (e.g., Enterprise Distribution, Fixed Income, Institutional Equities, Corporate Lending, etc.);Demonstrate excellent organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, leadership and time management skillsAbility to effectively trainMotivated to learn quickly and deliver on business deadlines in a fast paced work environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems effectivelyA go-getter who can exercise initiative and ability to handle several tasks and changing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook)VBA and technical skills is an assetWho We Are:TD Securities offers a wide range of capital markets products and services to corporate, government, and institutional clients who choose us for our innovation, execution, and experience.
