Job Posting: Junior Lawyer (1-3 Years Experience in Business and Contract Law) Position: Legal Counsel Location: Richmond Hill Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 1-3 Years Salary: will be negotiated and depended to the experience About Us: MB Legal Firm is a dynamic and fast-growing legal firm specializing in Litigation, Immigration, business, and commercial law. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality legal services to diverse clients, from startups to established corporations. We?re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to join our team and grow with us. Key Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Assisting in corporate governance and compliance matters. Providing legal advice to clients on business and commercial law issues. Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations. Collaborating with other team members to support client needs. Managing multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Law Degree (JD or LLB) from an accredited Canadian Law School A Law Degree from another common law jurisdiction Applicants who obtained their law degree outside of Canada must be approved by the NCA 1-3 years of experience in business and contract law. Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
