*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work. This role involves finishing concrete surfaces to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the installation and finishing of concrete, contributing to both new construction projects and renovations. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and set up work areas for concrete pouring, including forming and leveling surfaces. * Finish surfaces of poured concrete using various tools and techniques to achieve desired textures and finishes. * Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and heavy equipment operators, to coordinate tasks. * Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed during all operations. * Restore or renovate existing concrete structures as needed, ensuring high-quality results. * Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly. *Skills* * Proficient in flooring installation techniques related to concrete surfaces. * Experience with heavy lifting, capable of handling materials safely. * Join our team as a Concrete Finisher where your skills will help shape the foundation of our projects! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.67-$39.30 per hour Expected hours: 30 ? 50 per week Additional pay: * Overtime pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Chilliwack, BC (V2R): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Experience: * concrete: 1 year (preferred) Language: * English (preferred) Willingness to travel: * 25% (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationChilliwack, BC
