*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint and coatings to various industrial products. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of painting techniques, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Industrial Painter will ensure that all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations. *Duties* * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed. * Apply paint, varnish, and other coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers. * Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments. * Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently during the painting process. * Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. * Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. * Follow all safety protocols and guidelines in compliance with company policies. *Skills* * Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint accurately. * Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and maintenance. * Experience with power tools, hand tools, and machining processes. * Ability to assemble components as part of the painting process. * Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency. * Experience operating cranes and forklifts is a plus. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. * Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
