We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.</p><p>----</p><p>Your responsibilities: <br>- Responsible for the management and coordination of the receivables cycle and support to the finance department. <br>- Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards;- <br>- Carry out accounting entries for period ends (FPA, amortization, accruals);- <br>- Execute and ensure application of Finance Department procedures;- <br>- Open accounts payable;- Balance inter-company accounts. <br>- Balance inter-company accounts; <br>- Customer invoicing; <br>- Complete customer collections; <br>- Ensure compliance with customer payment schedules and follow up as necessary; <br>- Assist team in preparation of monthly financial statements and annual budgets;- Support accountants in preparation of financial statements. <br>- Support accountants in the preparation of year-end files;- <br>- Be a key resource and partner for all company employees; <br>- Perform all other related tasks</p><p>Your profile : <br>- DEC or technical diploma in administration or accounting; <br>- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in accounting (construction and/or real estate preferred); <br>- Excellent command of the complete accounting cycle; <br>- Excellent command of MS Office suite, Excel (pivot tables, researchV)</p>
