*Job Description* Assistant Manager -Underground Clothing Boutique- CrossIron Mills Location www.undergroundclothing.ca Boutique Fashion for Women and Men Benefits -Staff Discount -Flexible shifts Experience: -Must have Experience in Apparel, Management Experience, Must be Organized, Computer Skills a must, Good Written Skills, Grade 12 diploma, Retail Management experience, Fashion Boutique knowledge Main Duties & Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the business, Recruitment/Training, Sales Management, Online Store Management Other duties but not all: -Customer Service -Opening and Closing store -Online Store Fullfilment and Customer Service for the Online clients -Product Knowledge Awareness -Weekly sales target -Loss Prevention -Inventory Management and Stock Maintenance Job Summary: Manage all aspects of the Business consistent with Underground Clothing's short and long-term sales goals.
