Overview:The Warehouse Operations Lead has general responsibility to assist in coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities on a daily basis. Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for directing work assignments in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.Responsibilities:Work closely with shift leadership to accomplish shift goals Oversees and coordinates warehouse processes such as receiving, put away, picking, and loading of products. Directs work assignments to employees Provide daily hands-on support in Material Handling and Forklift responsibilities Drives compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives Brainstorms and suggests new ideas on how to improve processes to supervisor Communicates professionally, both orally and written, to internal and external- LocationToronto, ON
