<p><span>We are looking for an Off-Road business performance analyst who will report to the business director of Can-Am Off-Road, North America, and who’ll be tasked with helping us maintain our leadership position within the powersports industry in North America. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization’s growth. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying trends and bringing new strategies and ideas to differentiate BRP among its top competitors and build strong momentum in key markets.</span></p> <p><b><span>YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:</span></b></p> <ul> <li><span>Perform market trend analyses to identify key insights and action plans.</span></li> <li><span>Influence the go-to-market strategy through data driven analysis.</span></li> <li><span>Identify monthly Go-to-market priorities, build action plans with key stakeholders and report progress with members of the senior management team.</span></li> <li><span>Play a key role in the execution of growth plays in key markets and ensure strong delivery and execution of regional growth plans.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure strong synergies among internal departments – optimize processes and communication among key stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span>Lead multidisciplinary governance to ensure all stakeholders are aligned toward the objectives.</span></li> <li><span>Measure the success of local initiatives to ensure best ROI.</span></li> </ul> <p><b><span>YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:</span></b></p> <ul> <li><span>A bachelor’s degree in a business or marketing discipline.</span></li> <li><span>5+ years of experience in one of the following fields: commercial/sales, marketing, retail operations or finance.</span></li> <li><span>The ability to manage projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</span></li> </ul> <p><b><span>ASSETS:</span></b></p> <ul> <li><span>Demonstrated leadership skills and ownership.</span></li> <li><span>Highly driven with a burning desire to WIN over the competition.</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.</span></li> </ul> <p><span>Do you have other qualifications?
