You?ll find career opportunities that live up to your ambitions and be able to further develop your unique set of skills.</p><p></p><p>So, if you?re looking to do what you love, we could be a perfect match.</p><p></p><p><b>Our Expectations</b></p><p></p><p>Reporting to the Manager, Business Intelligence, the Web Analyst?s main responsibility is to measure the performance of RONA?s digital properties by providing actionable insights and recommendations focused on optimizing online conversion. To achieve this, the analyst will also be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting solutions that will help stakeholders make better data-driven decisions.</p><p>Relying on strong analytical and investigative skills, the Web Analyst will collect, analyze, and communicate a wide variety of data to evaluate results, derive insights, and make business recommendations. Using web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics (primarily) and Google Analytics, the analyst will create recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions that highlight key data, analytical trends, and opportunities for improvement.</p><p>This role places particular emphasis on tracking customer journeys and addressing the specific needs of the <b>PROFESSIONAL (PRO)</b> segment to maximize the performance of digital properties related to this segment.</p><p>The selected candidate must also be able to distill results into impactful, actionable insights that are clearly and effectively communicated to various stakeholders.</p><p></p><p><b>The Role</b></p><ul><li><p>Translate complex behavioral data into understandable insights and recommendations aligned with the strategy and programs of the online service, as well as with the customer journeys on RONA?s websites.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement online conversion optimization strategies based on collected data to improve web property performance and increase conversion rates, particularly for the <b>PRO</b> segment.</p></li><li><p>Design, create, and maintain ad hoc and self-service dashboards using data visualization tools such as Power Query (Power BI) and Adobe Analytics.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance analytical capabilities, identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and highlight trends to support data-driven decisions. This includes working closely with the <b>PRO</b> team to support the development of this platform.</p></li><li><p>Effectively communicate data insights across different organizational levels.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The Skills We Are Looking For</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor?s degree in e-commerce, business intelligence, marketing, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>2 to 4 years of experience in web data analysis.</p></li><li><p>Excellent knowledge and understanding of web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).</p></li><li><p>Advanced knowledge of data modeling and visualization tools (Power Query, MicroStrategy) and Office tools (Excel - advanced, P- LocationBoucherville, QC
