*Job Description:* We are currently seeking a Part-time Cleaner to join our team at SPG. The Cleaner will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties, contributing to the overall safety and satisfaction of our clients. *Responsibilities:* * Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting * Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas * Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies * Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel * Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned *Requirements:* * Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred * Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness standards * Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions * Flexibility to work varied hours and locations as needed * Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks Please note that this is a general overview of the responsibilities and requirements for the Janitor position. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
