*Job Overview* Canarm currently has an opening in its Sales Department, Agricultural Business Unit, working in the office located in Arthur, Ontario. As the Customer Service Representative, the successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have an Agricultural or Business education, excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to customer service. *Responsibilities* · Answering calls from customers in a prompt and courteous manner · Entering orders using Canarm?s order entry system · Assisting customers with technical/product questions · Recommending appropriate products as required · Partnering with Sales Managers to develop and maintain strong customer relationships · Coordinating order fulfillment and shipping requirements for orders out of our warehouses (all locations) · Other ad hoc assignments as required by Vice President ? Canadian AG *Minimum Requirements* · College diploma or university degree in Agriculture or Business Administration or equivalent experience · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic · Experience using Microsoft Office products, i.e. Excel, Outlook · Previous customer service experience and bilingualism are assets Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Company events * Company pension * Dental care * Disability insurance * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Paid time off * Profit sharing * RRSP match Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Education: * Secondary School (required) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationArthur, ON
