If this sounds like you, read on?. *Job Summary* * Approach customers with a warm welcome * Probe politely to understand all the customer?s needs * Present a solution for the customer to take home today * Provide support and trouble-shooting for customers * Listen for and resolve any issues or concerns * End with a fond farewell and an invitation to return * Receives inventory into POS, labels, and displays on sales floor * Manages inventory: performs counts, orders required stock, returns overstock *Working Conditions* * Simply Computing?s *North Vancouver* retail store * This position requires periods of sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 20kg *Qualifications* * Excellent people skills * Fluent in English, a second language is an asset * Open minded and willing to learn * High school completion * Should have valid work permit to work in Canada *Benefits* * Employee discounts * Bonuses * Subsidized health benefits * Paid training * Close to transit Expected start date: January 2025 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
