*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service to our guests. *Responsibilities* * Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. * Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, counters, and equipment. * Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. * Help with the organization of kitchen supplies and inventory management. * Support the kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and utensils promptly during service hours. * Dispose of waste properly and maintain recycling practices in accordance with company policies. * Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation. *Skills* * Experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required. * Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. * Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen. * Basic knowledge of kitchen operations within a restaurant or hotel setting is advantageous. * Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with kitchen staff.
