Ensure dress code is followed and standards of dress for fine dining expectations are met. * Attend to customer complaints immediately and satisfactorily. _The accountabilities listed above are provided as examples of area of responsibility and are not intended to create limits to responsibility but to help understand the scope of the position. All staff are expected to be team oriented and maintain confidentiality of all information gained while working with the company._ *Qualifications and Requirements:* * Food & Beverage experience, bartending experience preferred * WSET level 1 or equivalent wine knowledge would be an asset * Serving it Right certification, * Food Safe certification * Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry practices and techniques.
