*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our outdoor spaces. This role requires a hands-on approach to landscape maintenance, utilizing both hand and power tools to ensure that gardens, lawns, and other landscaped areas are kept in pristine condition. *Duties* * Maintain and care for gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas through regular mowing, trimming, and pruning. * Utilize hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and hoes for various landscaping tasks. * Operate power tools including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers to enhance the appearance of outdoor spaces. * Irrigate plants and lawns as needed to promote healthy growth. * Monitor plant health and identify any issues such as pests or diseases; take appropriate action to address these concerns. * Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as part of seasonal landscaping projects. * Ensure all groundskeeping equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. * Collaborate with other team members to complete larger landscaping projects efficiently. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in gardening and landscaping tasks. * Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques for effective watering of plants. * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks. * Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor environments. * Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
