*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. This role involves interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products. A strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions is essential for success in this position. *Duties* * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, and in person. * Provide accurate information regarding products. * Opening and/or Closing duties that will have full training on. * Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions. * Help out when stock comes in to ensure it is priced and tagged and ready to be put out for sale. * Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction. * Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate to enhance the customer experience. * Utilize phone etiquette to create a positive impression during calls. *Requirements* * Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. * Strong sales skills are an asset for promoting products effectively. * Cash Handling experience is a must. * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. * Ability to analyze information quickly and accurately. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. * A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
